This week we were joined by two Shetland Ponies, Tommy and Vinnie, who came to visit us at Warren Park.

The ponies spent some time meeting a number of our residents in our garden, before putting on their shoes to come inside and see some more people in their bedrooms. They were very well behaved and even used our lift to get to the lower ground floor! Tommy and Vinnie have been trained as therapy animals and remained calm throughout their visit – Tommy even fell asleep whilst he was being stroked!

Our residents (and staff!) thoroughly enjoyed their visit.
