Warren Park

We are based on Warren Road in the Blundellsands area of Liverpool. We enjoy a position a few hundred yards from the seafront with some rooms having sea views.

We have access to a private park situated just opposite which is home to a range of local wildlife like red squirrels, foxes wildlife

      • Telephone Point

Warren Park has invested significantly in upgrading our telephony system to allow for the provision of a pre wired telephone point in each individual room arranged via the home.

The telephone points provide Residents with the following:

An individual dedicated incoming direct dial telephone number

A large button display telephone with the ability to be programmed for speed dial numbers

The ability to make free internal calls to the Registered Manager, chef or administration/maintenance staff directly

The ability to receive free incoming calls without having to go through any switchboard

The ability to benefit from reduced rate line rental and outgoing call charges.

Monthly billing.

      • Television Point

Each room in Warren Park is equipped with a digital TV point which a Resident may connect their set up to. We have appropriately skilled staff at Warren Park to be able to oversee the installation of your TV/Video/DVD setup to ensure that they will work exactly the same as they did while at home.

Should a Resident be interested in transferring their satellite/cable installations to the home, this must be done by liaising with Karl or Jonathan they will be able to provide the best way in which to do this and provide any written consent to satellite dishes being fitted

We are pleased to be able to offer Residents and visitors wireless internet access throughout the building. We also have a laptop for short term Residents use which may be reserved by speaking to Lynn, Karl or Jonathan

      • On the ground floor we have a day lounge
    • Quiet lounge
      • On the first floor we have a quiet lounge. It has no television and has chairs and tables set up in smaller groups to promote conversation
    • Dining area
      • On the ground floor there is a dining room where Residents who choose to dine together may do so.
    • Gardens
      • The well maintained gardens can be seen from 50% of our rooms. The garden features a small shallow pond with a rockery above. A wheelchair friendly path was installed in 2014 to allow Residents the opportunity to access various points of the garden on a short walk.
