We were joined last week by members of the ‘Sing Me Merseyside’ Choir. The choir performed a wide range of popular music with live accompaniment by their Founder and Musical Director, Billy, on keyboard.
You may have seen the choir at public events across Merseyside as they are very popular and are made up of over 350 members in total! We were lucky enough to have just a few of the join us for the afternoon. Their Motown medley was popular amongst our residents, many of who knew every word!

Although the choir are used to performing at Care Homes across Merseyside, we are proud to be the first nursing home to open our doors to them in over two years since the Covid-19 Pandemic began. We did of course adhere to all of the Covid-19 safety guidance for indoor performances to keep our residents and staff safe.

We are looking forward to welcoming Billy and the Sing Me Choir back to Warren Park in the future.
